As we continue to grow, we are actively searching for an exceptional leader in the field — someone who possesses the remarkable ability to lead teams with utmost proficiency. 

Currently, we are looking for a highly talented Creative Marketing Team Lead to become an integral part of United Tech and take charge of managing the Creative Marketing department.

What you’ll help us do: 

• Delivery of ad creative concepts and reworks for company products in line with specified KPIs
• Comprehensive support and enhancement of the creative flow for UAMs
• Management of the Creative Marketing team
• Planning the workflow of Designers and Creative Marketing Managers
• Reporting on the performance and effectiveness of Creative Managers and Designers
• Motivating designers and creative managers through meetings, checkpoints, and feedback sessions
• Establishing and maintaining efficient processes for creative marketing
• Developing a methodology for testing ad materials

It’s all about you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in the role of a Creative Marketing Team Lead
• Have experience in managing a team of at least three people
• Possess experience in creating creative concepts
• Have experience in implementing creative testing approaches
• Possess basic knowledge of User Acquisition
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Exhibit the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Be proficient in managing workloads and meeting deadlines
• Have the ability to see the bigger picture and meet the KPIs of tech products
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Have a B1+ level of proficiency in English
