Our business unit specializes in creating and promoting our highly loaded Social Discovery product. This product enables millions of individuals from various countries to connect, interact, and establish new friendships. We are currently seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to join our United Tech team and manage the creative User Acquisition pipeline for our products. Also, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow within our company and assume the role of UAM Team Lead.

What you’ll help us do: Ensure the delivery of creatives for User Acquisition Managers at the specified KPI level in terms of quantity and quality by:

• Regularly analyzing competitors’ concepts for the purpose of copying, inventing new concepts, and providing creative inspiration to the design team
• Generating ideas for creative concepts
• Prototyping and testing of concepts
• Conducting creative tests in advertising networks
• Providing creative feedback to UA and creative teams
• Building a knowledge base and reporting on creative testing

It’s all about you:

• Worked in a similar position for at least 1 year
• Experience in market and competitor research and analysis
• Understanding of key marketing metrics, such as CPI, CTA, CTR, and ROI
• Knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Figma
• Experience with running ads on platforms like Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Ability to zoom out of specific tasks and see the big picture to meet the product’s KPIs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English proficiency level: B1 or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience in writing technical tasks for designers
• User Acquisition Background
• Experience with mobile apps
