The European Business Association was founded in 1999 with the support of the European Commission in Ukraine. Since then, the community has grown to become one of the most influential and largest business associations in Ukraine.

The head office is located in Kyiv, Ukraine. There are also regional offices in Dnipro, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv.

Today, the Association has a total membership of about 1,000 companies from a wide variety of industries, including transport and logistics, agriculture, food, fuel and energy, healthcare, light industry, and more. They are organized into committees, which currently number 25. In addition to advocacy, the Association’s services include networking opportunities, education for business representatives, and socially oriented initiatives (Unlimit Ukraine – connect microbusinesses, Second Chance Bank – an online re-entry center that has now been reformatted to meet the needs of the war).

The EBA works to enable its members to work together to address issues important to Ukraine’s business climate and improve it for the benefit of the industry, society, economy, and the country as a whole.

Working with students

Since 2011, 3-5 year students of Ukrainian universities have had the opportunity to do an internship at the Association. A quarter of our interns successfully work at the EBA. If you would like to do an internship with us, please write to us at career @eba.com.ua. The Association also has training programs for students (Successful Start) and schoolchildren (Coaching teens project “My future profession”).

Our credo is “Once at EBA, always with EBA”. We keep in touch with our former employees regardless of geography through the EBA Alumni platform. We also provide opportunities to attend committee meetings, general meetings of the Association, and educational programs for adults and children.
